I parked at a parking lot that was super narrow and hard to get in. At the end I paid and proceeded to the gate which didn’t open. I tried several times to call the support number but it doesn’t even go through. At the end a neighbor opened the gate. You need to improve customer service and have clear instructions.

When it was a new app I loved it. But they have raised their prices a lot since then and there is no parking less than 12₪/hr. Might as well park in a parking lot.f

הראיון מעולה ואני משתמשת באפליקציה הזאת כבר כמה שנים ברציפות. אבל לפעמים יש בעיות כאלה ואחרות, למשל שמזמינים חניה ורכב אחר חומה בה. פעם, היה שירות לקוחות מועיל ומעולה, אבל בשנה האחרונה זה שירות לקוחות שלא קשור לחברה, נתקעתי לפני כמה חודשים בחניון והצוות שענה לי לטלפון לא ידע לטפל בזה אפילו! הייתי שם בערך חצי שעה עד שנעלצתי לבקש עזרה מאנשים ברחוב להוזיז ולפתוח לי השער. וכמובן, כתבתי מיילים, השארתי הודעות ואף אחד לא חזר אלי. זה נושא שחוזר על עצמו וחבל.

Business travelers like me don’t buy SIM cards. Bummer!

What a great idea

When i move the map to another location it constantly jumps to my current location and it is annoying. Other than that, looks nice I will definitely give it a try

You can't sign in. keep getting strange messages. Good idea. Bad execution.
